SHIPPING POLICY (WITHIN VIETNAM)

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery time: 1–2 days within Ho Chi Minh City and 2–5 days nationwide.
  • Standard shipping fee: 20,000–25,000 VND.
  • DAHLIA offers rush delivery within Ho Chi Minh City. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location at the time of booking.
  • Free standard shipping for orders of 2,000,000 VND or more (Free shipping does not apply to rush delivery)

SHIPPING POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery takes 5–10 business days.
  • Estimated at time of checkout between $20USD-$60USD
  • International orders (excluding the US, and Mainland China) may incur import duties and local taxes upon arrival. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees, as we cannot predict or control these charges.
