SHIPPING IN VIETNAM

Each Dahlia piece is prepared with intention, shaped and finished as if it already belongs to you. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, with a little more time during collection launches, when every detail is held a little longer.

Delivery arrives softly:
— Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 days
— Elsewhere in Vietnam: 2–5 days

A shipping fee of 20,000 VND – 25,000 VND applies, depending on where you are — a small step in the journey between us.

Once dispatched, your order begins its quiet passage to you. Tracking details will follow.

 

Payment

Simple, familiar, effortless — as it should be.

You may choose to pay upon arrival, or before, in your own time:

— Cash on Delivery (COD), when the piece meets you in person
— Bank Transfer, arranged after confirmation
— E-wallets — MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay — seamless, immediate

For prepaid orders, preparation begins once your payment is received.

Shipping Options

We offer a selection of delivery methods, so your piece arrives just as you need it:

Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
During collection launches or high-demand moments, a little more time may be required.

Taxes & Duties
Prices are listed exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout.
No additional tariffs or duties apply — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email — your receipt, softly delivered.

Tracking
When your order ships, a tracking link will be shared.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Addresses & Delivery Notes
Additional time may be required for P.O. Boxes or remote locations.
We recommend providing a complete and accurate address to ensure a seamless delivery.

Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization, shipping fees will not be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend accepting the package and contacting Dahlia so we can make it right — quietly and completely.
