Returns & Exchanges (VIETNAM)

A Dahlia silhouette is made to trace the body — structured, yet romantic.
We understand that finding the right fit is part of the experience.

Should something feel not quite yours, we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Pieces must remain as they arrived:
untouched, unwashed, with tags still in place —
their form unaltered, their story not yet worn.

Some pieces, once chosen, remain yours:
— those offered at special prices
— those made especially for you

Exchanges depend on availability. Shipping for exchanges is arranged by the customer, unless the piece arrives imperfect.

If something is not as it should be, let us know within 48 hours. We will take care of it — quietly, completely.

A Dahlia silhouette is designed to contour, to hold, to feel like it was always meant for you.
If it doesn’t, we understand.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as a full refund, minus the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions
To preserve the integrity of each piece, items must be returned:
— unworn and unwashed
— with all original tags attached
— in original condition and packaging
